Executive Summary

Android player is nearly complete: dynamic layout playback, device control, interactive ads & QR (side-banner), and the entertainment module are all working.
Backend core services are live (data management, telemetry & reporting ingestion, media upload). The campaign delivery/equalization engine is now being implemented.
CMS data management screens are connected to the backend; realtime monitoring and campaign reports are still being built.
QA: with no confirmed taxi-provider partnership yet, testing is internal — 5 tablets arriving early Sep, tested on office vehicles. Go-live to real taxis awaits the partnership decision.

Engineering deadline: end of September 2026 (internal QA & sign-off). Go-live & production release are pending the taxi-provider partnership decision.

QA & Testing (internal): field testing on real taxis is not possible yet. 5 internal tablets are being procured (estimated arrival from China in early September); testing will run on office operational vehicles.

Go-live to real taxis — pending decision: the taxi-provider partnership (Vector) is not yet confirmed. Go-live and production release are scheduled after the partnership decision.
