- Real Playback Equalization MVP: Backend aggregates real Proof-of-Play totals periodically and Android prioritizes eligible campaigns by remaining target. Closure requires Backend contract tests and device-QC evidence. Advanced weighted optimization is deferred beyond Phase 1.
- Backend & CMS: campaign reporting, device command/audit, Proof of Delivery/readiness, and fleet heartbeat/status use real APIs. Automated test gates and several remaining CMS workflows are still in progress.
- Android QA: 24-hour QC on development tablets started 28 Aug. Production-tablet validation remains blocked until the devices arrive.
- External dependency: real-taxi go-live remains pending the taxi-provider partnership decision.
